Wood, like people, sometimes behaves in unpredictable ways; bowing, cracking and warping are not unheard of and can make an item difficult or even dangerous to use. Should you have an article that proves to be unacceptable, you can request it be exchanged for another, return it for a refund or bully and shame Classic Woodworking Factory all across anti-social media.
Whichever option you choose, it is in your best interest to act sooner than later as this guarantee is only good for as long as I am physically, mentally and financially able to keep operating my little factory and I’m already pretty old so don’t dilly-dally.
